The Executive Business Centre is operated by Bizjet-To-Yacht Antigua Inc., specialists in VIP Handling and Concierge Services with its expansive “On-Island” infrastructure and networks. The entire complex functions as a venue for Meetings, Conferencing, Training, Corporate Events or Private Functions.

- Executive Business Centre
The Executive Business Centre offers world-class office facilities like conference room, business lounge, video conferencing, free WiFi, device charging stations, complementary food and drink, Executive lunches, concierge and VIP services.

- The Gardens & Runway 10 Café
Enveloped in magnificent tropical gardens with ample parking, the deluxe complex with its stunning coastal backdrop makes a sublime venue for a variety of outdoor events, and absolutely perfect for a tropical wedding ceremony.
The proximity of the Atlantic Ocean guarentees a constant sea breeze that makes outside presence quite comfortable, whereas the many palm trees in our garden provide the required shade when desired.
Tantalising tapas-style dishes, favourite foods, cooked fresh each day, will be available at the on-site café. Runway 10 Cafe is the place to relax and unwind with a coffee or tea, a nice glass of wine or a fresh lemon squash that complements your tapas-style Caribbean-fusion food. The cafe is open to the general public daily for lunch and afternoon snacks; twilight specials and happy hours into dinner and beyond.
- Hangar
One of the exclusive and exceptional features on offer is The Hangar that converts to a multi-use space and can serve as the ideal location for large in-door events like tradeshows, conventions, symposiums or sizable private parties or functions. It can comfortably accommodate 4000 persons and is available for this type of use from April 1 to November 15.
In the winter season The Hangar is only available to private jet aircraft. The floor space of the hangar is 28,500 sq ft, allowing parking for Global Express, Gulfstream V, Falcon and the entire line of heavy metal.
- Multi-purpose Hall
Smaller groups of 30 to 50 persons can be accommodated at the Multi-Use Hall, which is ideal for corporate events such as training seminars or can be booked for smaller private functions like family parties or reunions.
