Is all food and drink free of charge?
For day and transit pax there are complementary finger foods & drinks available in the lounge. It is possible to pre-order executive lunches or customised meals when using the Business Centre and there is the option to visit our on-site Runway10 Café with tapas-style dishes.
Can I smoke in the lounge?
You are not allowed to smoke inside, but can light your cigarette in our tropical gardens while enjoying the views of our stunning coastal backdrop.
Are children allowed access in the lounge?
Unfortunately we cannot allow children in the business lounge.
Is there a dress code for the business centre?
We require at minimum elegant casual attire when visiting the Executive Business Centre.
How long can I stay?
You can stay from 8 am till flight departure. Cost will increase after 3 hours. Please check with our front desk for your specific situation.
Are there shower or gym facilities?
There are no shower or gym facilities on premises.
Do I have to pre-book a lounge place?
We have a 24hr advance booking policy.
Do you facilitate and organise events?
The business centre will not stage events – only host them on our premises. Any direct requests received will be responded to with a list of specific Event Organisers in the marketplace. Our services are solely Venue Operators.
Is there enough parking space?
Parking will not be a problem. The complex can facilitate enough cars to be parked on the premises. In the case of big events there is ample public parking opportunity just outside the gates.
